Legacy Farms Cannabis was created from the first season in NC under state license. Passionate about Cannabis the farm devoted itself to the hemp program through the state development years, and has recently been permitted federally by the USDA. We are a craftsman cannabis company, and offer fresh flower, and products made from plant extracts. Before Cannabis was legal in NC, Legacy Farms focused on small scale vegetable production "farm to table". We use the same care and local approach to deliver Cannabis to the consumer. We offer Fresh Cannabis Hemp Flower, as well as pre-rolls. Through the streamlined distribution process both online - shipped to your door, or in a brick and mortar store!

Just as the 8 year history of our beginnings around Agri-tourism, and educating the public about the importance of knowing their food stream, we now share that passion with customers, partners, and investors on our education farm. We feel that you as a customer are trusting us with your health, and we believe that should trust is built around transparency. We want you to know how we operate, and trust that your product is cared for every step of the process. A Passionate Team
The Legacy Farms team is one of the most dynamic in the Industry. These team members work together cross training in all levels of production. With team members from every aspect of the industry, including Founders of the state program and foundational companies that provided genetics to most major agricultural producers in the development of the early initiative. But also team members from local vegetable production farms, and even young horticulturist grads and interns. This team works closely, not only in the field, but in the production rooms, and the indoor grow facilities in Wilmington NC. Everyone strives to produce the best organic fresh hemp flower products they possibly can while staying ahead of the curve with new genetics and cannabinoid rich strains. Adding 2 CBG strains and their own 3rd year Hybrid "Autumn Haze" in 2020. In 2021 the team released the strain Critical Mass which has become a top seller.
